Afghanistan's National Wrestling Team won one gold and two silver medals in the Peace Cup Competition in Pakistan on Sunday, the sporting federation said.
Ahmad Mansour in the 74 kg weight division defeated Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh athletes to take home gold.
Baba Jan weighing 66kg and Wakil Raza weighing 96kg both won silver medals in their weight divisions, Afghanistan Wrestling Federation officials said.
Noor Ahmand Ahmadi of the 84kg division is still pending to fight the final match against his Pakistani counterpart after defeating Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and India wrestlers.
Afghanistan sent seven wrestlers to the tournament, with one referee, a trainer and a supervisor.
The competition began last week on Monday at the Qayoum Stadium in Peshawar.
Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and India are also participating in the competition.
