"Every day Afghanistan's people are victims of foreign forces operations under the name of fighting against terrorism and Taliban attacks under the name of existence of foreigners in the country," Kazai said.
Karzai once again emphasized that until peace negotiations starts and foreign forces operations on houses do not end, a security agreement with U.S.A will not be signed.
While Karzai emphasized the start of practical peace negations as a precondition for signing bilateral security agreement (BSA), Omar Daudzai, the Afghan Interior Minister, said that a delay in signing BSA with the United States will not help peace negotiations with the Taliban.
