The Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce & Industries (ACCI) on Friday criticized the recent decision of the Council of Ministers on the importing of semi-refined crude oil by Ghazanfar Group and said that the decision has led to a conflict between Ghazanfar and the Association of Oil Importers (AOI). Ghazanfar has been accused of unfair trade practices in selling adulterated oil in the Afghan market at artificially low rates.
